I Was Lost

On September 18, 2017, my life changed forever. That was the first night I attended Campus Life.

I was hesitant to attend but am so glad I did!

Before Campus Life, I was lost. I didn’t know who I was, where I was going in life, and I certainly didn’t know God.

I thought all that “religion stuff” was for people looking to validate their own self-worth. It didn't take long for me to realize how wrong I was. 

Over time, the leaders and students at Campus Life became a second family to me. They supported me through the ups and downs, showed me that I was loved, and taught me that I had a story worth telling.

Most importantly, my Campus Life family introduced me to God. I have learned that He has a purpose for my life and that my value comes from who I am in Him. God has been a guiding hand in the darkness, someone to hold onto when all hope is lost, and the one who pulled me back up from rock bottom. I am forever thankful for the loving adults and friends at Campus Life who helped me find God and discover my story.
